When a taking happens, the offer you receive is assembled by people the condemnor hired. Our work is to assemble the other side of that file — an independent appraisal, the severance damage to your remainder, the cost to cure what the taking broke, relocation entitlements where they apply, and the documentation behind every figure.
We are not aligned with any government agency, pipeline company, utility, or transmission developer. Our only client is the property owner — the person whose land, livelihood, and investment are at stake when a taking occurs.
