East Wilco Highway is a new controlled-access roadway connecting south SH 130 to north I-35 through Williamson County's Precinct 4. Formerly known as the Southeast Loop and Corridor E, the project is being delivered in eight segments and funded by the voter-approved 2019 and 2023 Road Bonds — requiring right-of-way acquisition from private landowners along the corridor.

| Total Length | SH 130 to I-35 (8 segments) |

The agency's appraisers work for the agency — not for you. Their initial offer routinely omits significant categories of compensation you may be entitled to under Texas law.
Williamson County land has appreciated dramatically in recent years. The county's appraisal date may lag actual market conditions, especially in fast-growing areas near SH 130 and I-35.
Land near the new East Wilco Highway interchanges often has significant development potential. If a taking eliminates your ability to develop a subdivision, commercial site, or industrial tract, that lost potential is fully compensable.
Odd-shaped or landlocked remainder parcels after a taking may be worth significantly less than before — especially for developable tracts near the new corridor.
Ranches, farms, and hay operations along the corridor have active agricultural income that the county's offer may discount or entirely ignore.
Properties losing direct access to East Wilco Highway or adjacent roads may suffer severe access damage that must be independently quantified and compensated.
Residential structures, barns, equipment sheds, fences, irrigation systems, and other improvements in the take area must be accurately replaced or compensated at full replacement cost.

National ROW is a right-of-way consulting firm headquartered in Texas. We represent landowners only — never Williamson County. We handle residential, agricultural, and commercial ROW cases along the entire East Wilco Highway corridor.
No. East Wilco Highway is a free, controlled-access roadway being built by Williamson County, not a toll facility. ROW is still acquired under Texas eminent domain procedures, and you have the same rights to negotiate and contest the offered compensation.
Not necessarily. The county's appraisers value your land as of the appraisal date using comparable sales. In fast-moving Williamson County markets, their data may lag. An independent appraisal can capture current market realities and development potential.
Development potential is a legitimate and compensable element of land value. Williamson County's appraisal may use raw land comparables that don't reflect your property's highest and best use. An independent appraisal can make this case.
No. National ROW is a right-of-way consulting firm, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We help landowners understand their options, quantify damages, and negotiate with Williamson County.
